How we work
Engagements are finite and concrete. We review dossiers, map likely interviewers, run simulations, and prepare offer conversations. We do not place candidates with employers or act as a search firm. Our loyalty sits with the person we advise.
Roots in Bavaria
Our office address is in Falkenfels, Freistaat Bayern. Much of the work happens by video with candidates across Germany and those relocating into the country. In-person sessions in Bavaria can be arranged when travel aligns.
