Data we collect

When you submit a contact form or email us, we process your name, email address, message content, and any advisory preferences you share (such as service interest or search stage). During an engagement we may process career materials you provide (CV, interview notes, compensation details) solely to deliver the agreed advisory work.

Purposes and legal bases

We process enquiry data to respond to your request (legitimate interests / steps prior to contract). Engagement data is processed to perform our contract with you. Where we use optional analytics cookies, we rely on your consent (see our cookie policy).

Retention

Enquiry messages are retained up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing conversation or legal obligation. Engagement files are retained for the duration of the engagement and up to six years thereafter where required for commercial record-keeping under German law, then deleted or anonymised.

Recipients and international transfers

We use hosting and email providers that may process data within the EU/EEA. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in Germany (for example, your state data protection authority).

Security

We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of career-related materials, including access limitation and secure transmission where feasible. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
