We confirm scope, fee, session cadence, and what we will not do — such as contacting employers or search firms on your behalf.

Materials & context
You share CV, LinkedIn profile, search brief if available, and notes from prior rounds. We return with a written audit before deep rehearsal begins.

Preparation sessions
Narrative workshop, stakeholder mapping, and recorded interview simulations timed to your calendar. Feedback is direct and specific.

Offer-stage support
When verbal intent appears, we prepare compensation talking points and response options. Engagements close with a brief handoff note you can keep.

Engagement length
Flagship executive search preparation usually runs four to six weeks. Interview coaching and compensation support can be booked as shorter blocks when a single round or offer is imminent. Senior career advisory may continue monthly when no live search is underway.
Delivery is primarily by video. Meetings in Bavaria are available by arrangement. All fees and cancellations follow the terms described on our refund page.
