Services described

The website describes employment consulting in Germany, including executive search preparation and senior-career advisory. Content is informational. A binding engagement exists only when both parties confirm scope and fees in writing.

No placement guarantee

We provide candidate-side advisory. We do not guarantee interviews, shortlists, offers, or employment outcomes. We do not act as a recruitment agency placing candidates with employers unless separately and explicitly agreed in writing.

Intellectual property

Site text, design, and materials we create for general publication remain our intellectual property. Materials prepared specifically for a client engagement may be used by that client for their personal career purposes. You may not republish our guides or site content without permission.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for decisions you make in your career, and for compliance with any confidentiality obligations owed to current or former employers.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from advisory engagements. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited under German law (including for intent or gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany (DE). Courts in Germany shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply to eligible individuals.
